Each year, hundreds of migrants from Mexico and the rest of Latin America die crossing the US border in search of work and a better life. Below you can explore the US policies that have pushed migrants into the desert, the nature of US border security programs, massive infrastructure construction on the border, and the impact that immigration reform could have on them all.
