In Colombia, victims and human rights defenders are routinely attacked for their non-violent efforts to find truth and achieve justice, and more people have been violently forced to flee their homes than in any other country in the world, including Sudan. Through its Stand by Colombia's Victims of Violence Campaign, LAWG calls on the United States to do more to protect and support victims and those denouncing human rights abuses—and to stop endlessly bankrolling war.
