JEP ordena medida cautelar nacional para proteger los derechos a la memoria y la verdad de las víctimas de desaparición forzada

“Como parte del proceso de restauración de los daños causados en el conflicto, y atendiendo el principio de centralidad de las víctimas, la Sección de Ausencia de Reconocimiento de Verdad (SARV) ordenó una medida cautelar nacional, así como una audiencia pública, para proteger los derechos a la memoria y la verdad de las víctimas de desaparición forzada”.
