As we ready ourselves to take on the daunting challenges that await us in 2017, we are taking a moment to pause and reflect on all the progress we’ve achieved this year and the amazing people that have helped us get here. That’s why this Thanksgiving, we are grateful for YOU and all your generosity, compassion, and activism.

In 2016, you called out the United States’ flawed response to Central American refugees, and helped expand programs to give families fleeing deadly violence access to more protections.  You stood with the victims of the Colombian conflict, making sure that their voices were heard at the peace table. Now, after more than fifty years of war (and the roller coaster ride of the last two months), peace is finally within grasp in Colombia.  You pressured the Obama Administration to further boost U.S.-Cuba relations, which led to the  resumption of commercial flights to Cuba, fewer restrictions on imported Cuban goods, and more cooperation between both countries in fields like medicine and environmental conservation.

We have so much to be grateful for this year. Click here to see some of the highlights.

Thank you for your partnership and support. We could never do any of this without you.

With gratitude,
Lisa, Mavis, Daniella, Emma, Andrea, Bea, Julianna, and Oliver
