The nature of transborder migration and human rights violations against migrants at Mexico’s southern border has received scant attention. The Forgotten Border sheds light on the abuse and exploitation experienced by too many migrants as they journey northward, as well as trends in Mexico’s practices regarding immigration and border enforcement policies.
